RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Creative Art Gallery is committed to provide quality frames, posters
and art prints with 100% satisfaction guaranteed!
All of our products are padded with paper packaging materials
and some of them are even packed in triple-wrap and shipped via
certified carrier.
We abide by the following return and refund policy:
- Refund is applicable only on posters and art prints. If a wrong
poster or art print has been sent to you, we request you to inform
us within 48 hours of the receipt and we will immediately replace
all the goods. If, however, we are unable to replace them, they
will be fully reimbursed.
- Only Store credit will be given for the return of Custom Frames.
Frames that are damaged during shipping are not covered under
our warranty but are covered by the carrier’s insurance.
You must process the claim directly with the carrier.
- 25% restocking fees plus shipping charges (if any) applies
to all the returns.
- All the returned items must be shipped in its original container
with all the original packaging material.
- Handling and delivery costs for returned items is the responsibility
of the customer
- The refund will be made in the same manner as the original payment
method.
Please note that Creative art gallery cannot issue refund on the
following items:
- Damaged items
- Custom Frames
- Items returned after 10 days of receipt
